Ok, I've been lookin at this forum for a while, and to my knowledge, a rifleman can solo pretty much anything that isn't immune to it. There are a few bits and pieces on how you titans are capable of this, but no hard information. So could the gods of ranged weapons please enlighten an emerging rifleman as to how you do this? Be as specific as possible please. I am a slow learner.

ok first we need to clear some things up: rifleman sucks ass until master. It is literaly the worst combat class before master. Once you hit master you fire one headshot3 per second, even with an average speed gun. At 4/4/4/4 you fire once every 3.5 seconds. If you an "emerging rifleman" then i pity you
Basically, doctor buffs and brandy, since running out of mind is rifleman's primary weakness.

yeah... pretty much a noob my self, but that last statement rings true.... what i did was macro some stupid meatlumps till i had enought exp for counter-sniping 1.
now i sneak up, go prone, and spam conceal shot till it is dead.
oh yeah, i hunt things that don't DB as well.

What I do is simple. I am a 2/1/1/1 rifleman. YOU MUST have conceal shot and from the scout tree mask sent. I then recommend that you get some brandy. Go to dantooine and kill pikets, quankers, and bols as these will not d\b you. Hell, even the little critters who can d\b you are fun. I spam the hell out of conceal shot. You will be successful 90% of the time in killing and gaining xp on these critters. Get liquered up and have at it. Stay as far away as you can 64 meters is your best distance. Get prone before you start.

conceal shot is good for the acheivmeent of killing something big or sololing high $$$ missions, but its not good for XP. In the time it takes you to kill something with slow firing, random pool conceal shot you could have killed many more white cons and gotten much more XP

Guess I wasn't really clear. I don't want to know what I can kill NOW, I want to know how to kill things once I am a Master. I want to look forward to something.

You don't cap the speed at master. You need master marksman and skilltapes to hit the speed cap.

You just combine rifleman with the same tactics that apply to every other class.
Doc buffs.
90% composite armor
Plus your personal preference of mind buffing stuff (brandy + other stuff). Minimum goal is to get specials for no cost, then as much willpower as possible for regen.
As a zabrak, I personally use 2 brandy and 3 ahrisa. The brandy and ahrisa I use are both 45 min duration, so that keeps me going with no downtime (since it takes ~45 minutes to empty your stomach). I need the ahrisa because of having only 500 focus as a zab, so to make specials cost nothing I need to do a lot of focus buffing. If I can get musician buffs then I can drop an ahrisa in favor of situationally useful food (def vs kd, etc), or I can use some canapes. Humans have a bit more flexibility here. Again, what you do to get your mind up to par boils down to personal preference.
It also helps to have some medic skills, even if just novice medic. This lets you stay in a fight for much longer. Depending on the situation, doc might be useful for state heals/cures, and is always useful to be able to buff yourself in the field.
After all the prep work is done, find your target and spam headshot3 until it dies. Use stims as needed. Not exactly complicated at that point. Get either master marksman or speed tapes to increase your dps. The only weapons you'll probably need are a good t21 and a good dxr6b.

Depends on the speed of the rifle you're using, obviously. Also which attack you're using.
At 7.5 speed, you need 94 speed to cap headshot3. You need 97 speed to cap strafe 2.

if we still had our "KINETIC" tusken rifles, we would be able to kill anything...... but technically we are useless against
NS Spellweavers
NS Protectors
NS Stalkers
the big boss at the end of the NS cave.
all 100 percent resist to our damage types of Energy,Acid, Cold, and Stun.
to the topic in hand
depends on the mob tbh. some u can Strafe 2 down quickly, others u can headshot down.
and conceal works just fine against Elders provided u dont get that 1pt bleed heheh. just use a low wound t-21 in those cases to limit the chance of the bleed.

At master rifleman go prone, take cover, then use concel shot until whatever your shooting at is dead. takes forever sometimes but this is how we kill anything and everything in the game.
