Not sure what the max is technically but I do know my BH/MR/Pistol xxx3 has 309 Accuracy when holding a Rifle. Just keep in mind that is with +24 Rifle accuracy and +25 General ranged accuracy SEAs. Now just imagine using aim (240 accuracy) with accuracy food (200+).......I can basically get my accuracy around 750.
As for the most, with Master Rifles/0044 Bounty Hunter/0400 Pistols/0400 Carbs/4000 Combat Prowess FS/Master Marksman, you get a Gen Ranged Acc of 284 in addition to the 85 Rifle Acc. Of course, this temp would most likely be horrible in every other manner.
A more doable temp is Master Rifles/Master Commando/4000 Combat Prowess. You have 14 left over skill points, and a Ren Ranged Acc of 237 plus the 85 Rifle Acc. Taking up 0002 Smuggler and moving to 3000 Combat Prowess uses all SP and bumps you up to 254 Gen Ranged Acc.

I had a template with tapes that gave me 360 accuracy just holding the gun. With foods/drinks still couldnt combat the insta cast aura of defenders. The gun would still shoot for min damage. They really need to rethink how they calculate damage vs defense. It's my experience 90% of the time all my guns fire for min damage.
I wish they would make duelist and cob instant cast like aura. I dont know how many times duelist and cob just poof as they warm up while standing still. Then jedi can click a button and have aura at will.

I switched Master Carbs for Pistol and have 10 Accuracy less while holding a Rifle.......... Now if they only turned Aim into a counter of COB:SmilieEvil:

With no healing your going to die. Those stim d's only last so long. When your stomach is full of ruby you will go down.
Master Marksman, MRM, MCarbs, 0-4-0-4, CP 4-1-0-0, ER 4-4-0-0
You'll have 357 innate accuracy. Tack on a +60 scope to your ALR next patch, +50 in attachments, and some food...

With no healing your going to die. Those stim d's only last so long. When your stomach is full of ruby you will go down.
with both cyberarms attached ill have +15m to my max range, giving me +15 range on every mob out there, so with Adv. Stopping and Imp.Crippling Shots i need to stay in the 66-80m range from my target as much as possible, with armor and good food/spices i shouls be ok with Stim D's and Ruby bliel, im not saying it wont be risky .... but rather it be risky and fun then easy and boring ... But that just my opinon, i could be wrong

Please check to see what negative Accuracy mods you get from those arms. -10 Accuracy ends up being 10% of your accuracy lost. After I saw that I removed all Cyber arms since it was making my Accuracy crap.
