Exceptional T21. Definitely slapping an anti-decay kit on it when those new vet rewards come in! 
I wandered a little today with this thing. It dropped one fully armored person on a health incap in three, maybe four shots. Another one went down to a succession of headshot3's for 600+. And that's without a powerup on it, too.
Now if only I could get around saber block 100% of the time...or even half the time...

Best Rifle i have ever seen. I wish the weaponsmiths on my server had the Recipe for it.

hhm, didn't know there was an excaptional rifle on Lowca. Glad im not a rebel.

A Weaponsmith couldn't make that. The max vitality is 750, which means, in most cases, it's a looted rifle.

There are actually at least three that I'm aware of....this T21, the Exceptional DXR6 in this picture (which is also mine), and an exceptional Tusken Rifle that a friend of mine owns. There was another Exceptional T21 that some other Imperial had, which was even better than this one, something like 2.5k max WITHOUT a powerup. He broke it on the first repair though.
Oh, and with a powerup, this is 632-2492.

If I recall correctly, it was supposedly looted off of a Spellweaver, though I'd bet Elder, myself. I'm not really sure, though, since I inherited it from a guildmate who had purchased it on the trade forums.
In any case, its not like you could go out hunting whatever I told you for a weekend and loot something like this. It's one of those "one in a million" things.
