"Master Rifleman bug, getting more then a +20 speed boost. Dhosis, the master Rifleman said he was pumping out a Head Shot ever 2 seconds. Yes this would be a bug, and a very overpowering one. No we should not be doing a shot every 2 seconds."
Don't say something is bugged with hear say information. First off there are many different rifles with many different speeds, im sure if he got an awesome dlt20a with 4 secondish speed he could easily fire a shot every 2 seconds. It could be possible with a laser rifle also, I have seen 5 second spd versions of these also. You are telling the devs something is overpowered with 0 facts.

Again you are absolutely wrong and I don't even think you tested this attack. It works perfectly fine the only time you can use it is in pvp to deathblow an oponent. It has 0 use in pvm or on a target that is'nt incapped in pvp. It is a ranged deathblow nothing more nothing less.The only attack people are having problems with is surprise shot. While taking cover ect.. it will tell you that you are using the wrong weopon for the attack regardless of how long you wait. This attack might require you to be in cover and have the sneak skill "conceal 3" I won't know for sure until i grind some more exp.
Well mobs, dont have much of an aggro range, just once you attack they charge. I can get pretty close to a creature without it attacking me. Its the ranged attackers i have to stay around 60 meters away from. And the only Rifle users I have seen are Tuskan Raiders. Everything else is pistol.

Ive been mindshotted by rebel npc's from 64m away. And there are loads of NPC rifle users.. SG82's.. Jawa Rifles etc.. and by mobs i meant both NPC's and animals. The pirates on Talus tend to aggro on me as soon asI get towards 60m of them. True, creatures dont have such an aggro range.. but they do attack without being shot first.
I would like to add one more issue:
The value of th erifleman tree. Currently the only worthwhile lines are sniping accuracy and special abilities. The other two lines are worthless because:
1) The skills in them are useless or broken.
2) The bonuses are useless or broken. Defense versus posture chage UP????????????? Useless!!!!!Honesty, who's going to want to get you up??? The whole idea is to get people down. This bonus is absolutely worthless. Cover? Broken! Block? What the hell does this do anyway? And if it does anyhting, is it worth anything? Sneak? Useless. Woohoo! I can crawl slowly while prone and in cover - useless!!!! I'll just get up, move and go prone again if I need to.
I would like to make the bonuses in this tree a little more useful and above all functioning!
I addressed cover in my last report. But I agree, the only worth while lines are Sniper, and Special Abilites. The rest is either broken or worthless styles.
Startleshot2 is AE, when it shouldn't be...
Also I haven't done any testing but I believe startleshot1&2 suffers from same bug as suppression fire and that it's posture change never works.
So my lists of things to test-
Startle Shot
T21 not bieng AR3
Head Shot damage nerf/HAM reduction
Crawl Speed.
Block? Does it work at all...
Anything else? Crawl speed was mentioned earlier, but I have yet to get to testing it.
