I agree. Teleporting monsters suck....and they give me ice cream headaches......Please Please Please fix this, or at least come up with a compromise.

This has got me a few times. I was on an Imp mission. I saw the base, there were rebels around the other side of the base. I attack base from atleast 90 yards from the rebels on otherside. *POP* I am surrounded by 7.. I repeat 7 melee Rebels. I died in 2 seconds because of triple damage from 7 npc's.

same thing happened to me, but an imperial base.

Added with that to supression fire not working anymore, and i cant do anything

I had a good one last night.
I was on a broken mission on corellia. A reporter outside of the cantina in tyrena hires me to go recon a imperial base. I go to the base, being a covert rebel, it was easy work other then the 3k run to the base. After I get the message to return to the guy who cave me the mission, I notice a lot of rebel npc's around. So I figure, what have I got to loose. I pick a fight with the six stormtroopers standing around in the base. Run out and get the rebel npc's to help. After we dispose of the stormtroopers, I walk into the base and find about 20 rebel npc's have taken the base. The only imp's were inside of buildings. So I decide to try to pull one out. I run in and take a shot at a imperial high general and duck around the corner. He procedes to walk through a wall and db me in one hit. I know he walked through the wall because he was now inbetween me and the exit of the building. At least I didn't have to walk back to town.

oops forgot the rest of it.
I got back to tyrena and followed the waypoint back to the guy who gave me the mission.
The datapad title for the waypoint was "finished mission" or some such.
I talk to the reporter, and he only gives the same mission again.
two bug reports in the same mission, gotta love it.

There's several planets that I can not exp on at all simply due to the fact that there are too many obstacles (or should we call them "opportunities"?) that allow the mob to warp to my position.

Since I'm a Rifleman I normally solo, even though I'm at 4 2 4 3 right now. I'm not going to say what I exp on for fear of it getting nerf'd like last time. If you're interested email me at: harowen at san.rr.com. I'm required to use tactics that no other class has to deal with in order to kill mobs slower than them. I find my lair, and then proceed to scout out 100m in all directions to see what obstacles may suddenly materialize while I'm running from the mobs. Hopefully there's a watersource nearby that I can run the mobs through to slow them down.

Granted, I do pretty well for myself, other people in my (now defunct) PA seemed impressed with me being able to kite and kill 3-5 4500 exp mobs at a time. However, I don't bother telling them that it's only possible due to a pre-nerf T21, if I had a "current version" I could never do this, the damage output is too low. It also requires food/drink buffs and lots of Stim C charges. Plus I regularly lose exp due to having to warning shot something, it runs 100m+ away and then suddenly it no longer exists but there's a full HAM replica of the creature I was just fighting standing back at the lair.

On the plus side 1 lair is all I need to exp for the night, since I have to run so far away from the lair while kiting that it's always back at 100% when I get back to it and there's a neverending supply of the mobs. This works good right now while I'm exp'ing but is still somewhat pathetic.

(And I surrendered Ranged Support IV again, so that's twice that I've purchased it, I'd like my 44k combat exp back please. First time supp fire didn't work at all, and now it doesn't work at all again. Go directly to jail, do not pass go, do not collect $200.)

It happened again last night.
Shot a meatlump on my way back to the city last night.
I missed the shot, +20's next to the ham bar.
His two friends agro'd fro 70+m.
Did the 70+m one step, and dropped me like a sack of potatos.

Was doing the mini-quests at the new Rebel Outpost on Rori. Had to attack some stormtrooper commandos. Seems they have some new tech. One of them warped 80m and incapped and DB'd me instantly of course since I was using a rifle in the prone position.

Ok burst running and then hitting water 100% of the time warps me back to land and half the time i stop burst running as this happens so do not ever burst run into water. This is coursed because you can`t burst run while swimming so the server gets confused and warps you back to land. You should auto-stop burst run every time you hit water in my opinion and i think you should be able to stop burst running by issueing a second burst run command but then again this isnt going to happen.

Same here. I just posted with my theory and evidence. Also a link to this thread since a lot of the information they are asking for is already here.

i no the feeling rilfeman myself, if you have some ch exp send your pet to attack one of the mobsthentell your pet to follow right away.If you arefighting high lvl creaturesthey will agro your pet stright away and if they are in the ninja warping state of mind then they warp stright on your pet and not you. I tend to get 1 - 3 of the warpers stight away kill them off and therest of the mobs around the nest can be picked off one by one haven't found many of the remainers to wrap
