Does the block for rifleman work properly or is it buged and only works with pikeman?

It does work properly - it just is less effective then many other professions secondary defenses. If you have pikeman your block ratio will be significantly higher then rifleman alone. Accuracy has been tested vs it and the higher the accuracy the greater the chance the attack avoids the secondary defence. Basically it is not worth a lot in pvp unless you are capped and same with pve.


Block stops only 50% of the incoming damage rather then the 100% for counterattack and dodge
