That implies it. Im pretty sure you said directly that it doesnt do energy damage somewhere on the first page (this was gotten on the second page), but im too lazy to get it.

E11 and the Laser Rifle are both energy, and are AR2, making them better then the T21. Becuase it shows up as AR0, gets the negative from the energy resistance, wich makes the E11 and Laser Rifle better, becuase they will end up positive. Due to the AR bonuses.

Im not sure if that explains it well enough, the E11 and Laser Rifle gain a bonus from AR, while the T21 would not. So while the T21 woudl take a negative effect when a mob has energy resists, the E11 and Laser Rifle would not, due to bonuses, making them better weapons until the T21 is fixed.
