So since I didnt realize that the rifleman class sucks compared to all others the devs should give me a free BH skill transfer right?
Guess what if you are willing to dump aciton skills for mind skills use the race that allows you to do that. Trandoshans have a high health regen rate thanks to their races regeneration factor should we nerf them for having good health stats? NO because you can be one if you want. If you want to make this into the clone wars part 2 go right ahead but not on my server.
Oh and I"m a Bothan rifleman I like it since I do just fine soloing (when not warped) and in PvP (when not a BH or Commando) and I like having the high quickness and stamina stats since I can outrun a wookie who has longer strides then I am tall
In the game I know PvP is a major factor for a lot of people, and this edge might make a difference but I doubt it, considering that so few rifleman PvP the odds of fighting one aren't in favor of whining about it.
You should focus more on the development of your character and what your race has that a Zabrak might not have. As a Bothan I have never taken my action stats for granted. As a rifleman, you have a lot of skill points to spend on other classes, and some of them do take a green bar.
I'm a Bothan and, yeah, I don't have alot, but I don't feel punished in any way.
There's an upside and a downside to every schwartz. Remember that.
I'm a Bothan. Coming into this game, like most people, I was planning on being a human. However, if everyone in the game was a human,I thought, that would be lame, considering this is star wars after all.
So after researching Bothans roughly 3 weeks before launch, I find out that all races will basically be the same (except for those small +something bonuses), as anyone can change their stats at any time they choose. Well, that one fact settled it, so I picked the speices that I thought there would be the least of. I was close.
Recently, I heard someone say that their Zabrak (or something) can have 900 willpower. I'm a rifleman, so before I knew what was what, the Bothans' Cover and Camo bonuses screamed "Sniper". And since being a rifleman require an enormous mind pool and secondary stats (an entirely different issue), any rifleman who is not a zabrak, or whatever, is gimped. I've already gotten to 4/1/2/2 rifleman, and I like the proffesion, despite it's very obvious disadvantages, so I'm not changing now. back to the "Bothans should be snipers point", either give us the same advantages in mind, take theirs away, or give everyone the same. You can't go back on your word months after release, it just isn't very considerate of you. If you don't change it, then I want my character changed to zabrak... otherwise you guys are just being jerks over a completely irrelevant subject within this game.
and more points, where did it say ham migration would be capped when selecting charactersmonths ago? it's too late to start over, there's no way I am going through all the xp for master weaponsmith and all the skills I have again.
please help me out here. anyone else with feelings on this issue, feel free to reply.

Quickness and stamina must=greater speed or else bothans are just naturally faster. Back in the day when I was working on master marksman (wanted to hit that and unarmed spec before I focused on my elite/hybrid profs) and could group I always had to walk or run circles around the leader. When I was running a few new members to our guild hall to inv them I could run circles around them, I didn't even realize that they bursted at one point. Each stat has its own bonus while mind is the most important to us it doesnt mean that everything else is crap and ignorable.

I like being a bipedal camel, there aren't really very many around. Having emersed myself in Star Wars lore when I was in High School, at least I know what Bothans really are. And even in the SW universe you don't see too many.

Same here, hell all I have left is the NJO and YJK plus or minus a few new ones,my favorite character is Ghent but something about Fey'lya just makes you think **edit**. He's willing to sacrifice millions of lives and all the rebellion fought for just to prove he was right...I think I have a new idol. Plus our politics are similiar to the Chinese, lots of brawls go down on Bothawui
I just don't understand why we are so rare, I mean ya everybody loves Chewie and Zabraks look "cool" but come on at least we aren't a crappy fish or lizard. Then add onto that the fact that I"m a rifleman and well theres probably 3 others like me on Bloodfin

I only read 35 SW novels when I was in HS, I ran out of money and couldn't keep up, even though I was always only 2 books behind.
There have been a lot of books released since '98....
Social, until I got my own job I just lurked around the local libraries most (atleast in the UK) will reserve or order in books if you ask nicely.
Course, now I own maybe 90% of all the SW books released so far, and I've read 99% of them
Aside from Splinter of the Mind's Eye and the Crystal Star (shudder), I thought Darksaber was the worst SW book I've read. For some reason though, people seem to love it!
Those same people who loved Darksaber hated the New Republic, which I absolutely loved - could not put it down.
