this is true because you'll notice, even with a laser rifle, when you pop a Jax for 500, the number that comes off his head will be 300ish because of his 50% energy resistance plus the bonus you get for armor piercing.

I have a screen shot at home which shows exactly what Flyo is talking about. It shows me doing one damage above the mobs head and a different value to the mob's mind pool. You're just not doing 100% mind damage with a HeadShot. You do something like 90% mind, 5% action, and 5% health.


If anyone wants to see it, I can post the screenie.

Yah any shot will spread over all 3 HAM bars, but i think thats probably intended. If you have a mob down to say 5% mind 90% health/action and you run outta ham for specials and have to switch to normal shots you want the mind to carry on whittling down regardless of which pool you hit.



Mebbe they'll fix the T21 same patch they change examine on weps to actually show armor rating *fingers crossed*
