pertty much - still have to wait for the weapon recharge but it does not reset the timer on headshot when you fire snipershot

d'oh! i guess i need to pay more attention. /blush. or i need to find some flatter ground.
I must've been thinking about the cool-down timers. Is it possible to throw a headshot immediately after a snipershot?

in theory if cover worked and conceal shot worked this should be a draw like root or knockdown. As it does not work right now not many people care to dabble for a broken skill.
still all ofcover, conceal and sniper would be useless in a duel,because by the time it was casted we'd be knocked down and it would just say unable to do while knocked down lol! Its a shame that supposedly some of our best skills are useless in a duel. Do you think that you can get something done about this? at least sniper so that we could use that without a warm up timer? we'd still have to be prone which would take time during a duel since u are made to automatically stand up in most situations, so i don't think it would be overwelming whatsoever....what do you think? which get me because at the moment he is certainly correct in that a master rifleman doesn't have as much going for it as a master carbineer. I do both pve and duels and I honestly believe that since we have the worst defence, we should most definitely have SOMETHING to compensate for that.

3) Most people seem to confuse 2 things: real bugs and things they just don't like (that 90% of the time are working as intended)
And the damage output is great. I have Master Marksmen as well, and I use Headshot, Lethal Shot, Rapid Fire, and if situation permits, then prone, conceal, etc... And the thing I don't really get is this: if you're proned, covered up, you let off a concealed shot, and the creature doesn't break your cover, why should the cooldowns be faster? And after letting of a sniper shot, banthas my level were missing 1/3 of their health... at that point I'm not worried too much.

Change the restriction on Sniper shot from prone to it roots you during warm up so you can use it while standing. Increase its cool down so it can only be used every 6-10 seconds. Allow conceal and cover to work while kneeling. Prone and cover have never been practical in this game and that’s the problem, we are defined as nukers by two specials that have very little practical use due to the prone restriction.
Increase the damage multiplier of improved head shot to bring it up to par with other professions best work horse special. I think specials were assigned damage multipliers before the CL system forced the level weapons certification. So some of them were set with the assumption that they could only be used with a lower damage weapons not that any level 54 could use the most damaging weapon in the game.
Make all weapons over level 30 profession specific.
we have two states right? startled and snared. one is broken, and one is semi-useful. other professions are state applying whores, so i say increase our damage as that's all we have.(by ourselves)
and for gods sakes do something to make conceal shot and sniper actually useable!
