well lastditch needs you to have very low health to be effective, and you're unlikely able to quickly hide away when discoverd. Wich actually is pretty interesting, hiding when persuited....

I think the "Cover" is how hard you being in cover is to break, and the "taking Cover" effects the initial roll to see if you succeed or not in getting into cover. .

Has anyone tested moving while prone and if this breaks cover or not?

Something I would like to test is how mask scent and especially camo kits play into the cover mod. It would make sense that a camo kit would improve the cover chance, but who knows.

Really, a great use of the cover ability would be to lay an ambush. Let's say one person runs up, gets attacked and runs away with a few enemies running after him. Then that person leads the attackers right into the middle of a group of hidden riflemen.

Another thing to test, would be whether or not a person on a speeder can break the cover or if they have to be on foot. Also, does anything near you break cover, or just hostile things?

I would say /cover would be rather devestating in PVP if correctly done. If you and a few others can catch some other people off guard, go into /cover so you go off of radar. The rest of the group goes into PVP, and you should be able to shoot and add your damage to theirs.

I agree completely. Rifleman will be a huge asset to a group in PvP with this system. Man I can't wait to try it out.
