With the true eyeshot being moved to master BH, we won't have as many people "dabbling" in BH just to get the most powerful attack in the game. Those 33 extra skill points can't get you both the pistoleer line and decent med skills. Best you could hope for with medic 3/0/0/0 is novice pistoleer, best you could get with pistoleer 0/3/0/0 is novice medic. They can still get some decent CH skills, though.
