That probably has alot to do with it.

I never used armor much before the patch, but for some reason I'm using it more and more. It seems to help me, but I don't have any data. Can you run some (exhaustive) tests and show us how often it hits a piece of your armor? (You are using a full suit, right? Not just the breastplate and pants?)
