Rifle Speed 7.3
My Speed +91
Melee Speed +6
Ranged Speed - Not Unlocked
Rate at which I SHOULD be firing SS2 - 2.3 seconds/shot
41-45 SS2 at one a second
16-19 SS2 at one a second
55-57 SS2 at one a second
59-07 - SS2 at one a second (including changing targets)
Only Conclusion that can be drawn - Melee Speed is still working for Ranged Weapons.

This is important. I am working on a fs rifleman, I have no intention to unlock a padawan, and i don't want to invest all my time in a non-working mod that may never be fixed, or one that works now, but will be fixed at some later point in time. I also have concerns that i may not be able to drop the fs skills i learn.
