I use maruader armor, its quest armor with very low HAM costs. Only 4 pieces, I stack it with Ubese, and just dont wear a helmet. I get 45 total mind costs completely stacked.

However, Im working on getting composite armor with Krayt Tissues, and a PGS. I intend to put almost all experiment points into HAM costs on all pieces. I just want the AR1 effect, my resists will come from the PGS.

Ya our Rifleman use Maruader as well, have your guild take you out to Endor and run the quests 4 of them total you get Pauldrons chest piece and pants. very low encumbrance and suprisingly decent resists especialy when sliced
