Aye, that would be interesting. Of course it would have to be limited to all the non-AOE attacks we get. A sniper doesn't spray covering fire afterall
Another thing that I would like to see get put in to help us be useable as snipers (beyond a rifle that is massive damage, like 3x a T-21, with massive costs, 4x a T-21, and massive wait, 7 seconds no matter your skill lvl/speedmod) would be "advanced aiming." You get it at sniper 4 to offset snipershot since it is useless outside of PvP. Not that it's a bad thing but it's a wasted box for half the game.
With adv aim you can either target any HAM bar for a normal attack (as in non-special) by typing /advancedaim body (example for healthbar) and waiting the 1 combat turn that normal aiming requires. If you do not put the target bar/body part into it then you simply do the same as ranged support 1 /aim, only it gives you a muchhigher accuracy then the ranged 1 version,and can follow it up by any shot a rifle can do.
Since you have a 1 in 3 chance of hitting a HAM bar it doesn't overpower us. Afterall you'd hit the bar you wanted to after 3 shots, or possibly 1 if you are lucky, and this takes the equivalent of 2 shots to use in order to select the bar that drops. And as for giving us higher accuracy then normal /aim...well we should have it anyway so I don't see it as being too overpowering in that regard at all.
