As a reference, I am a master rifleman/marksman, with 1100/600/600 mind stats, using a 60 mind HAM laser rifle, and each HS3 takes 120 mind from my pool. I can fire HS3 every second. It takes me less than 10 seconds to drain my pool.

Looking back at what you've posted, I'm guessing you have only the sniping branch filled in, and therefore are only firing every 15s or so with HS3. With a 70 HAM T-21 and 500 focus, you should be losing about 160 mind pool per shot.

Please dont' compare other classes that use health and action cost for special moves to rifleman....MIND use is just plain killer, and unless we are fighting other rifleman or eyeshot, we kill ourselves more than anything else in PvsP (personal opinion)

You think the costs for BH's, carbineers, or pistoleers is on par with a rifleman, it's not even close. Using doc buffs I can buff folks and myself for over an additional 2000 to health and action, in addition to substat buffs over 1000, and they last for hours as long as you don't die. There is nothingthat buffs the mind like that. Muon is great, my Twi Lek has become a crack whore but whenshe is down she is DOWN. Musician buffs, uh please sit and watch for 15 mins for half an hour of buffing and it's not even THAT great.

Our mind use issues are valid, they should be lowereda tad oradjusted. Am I asking for more mind buffing techniques, uh no, that is what we kill, but the fact we kill ourselves more than any other classand creat our own NEED for down time iswrong.

Do thesimple math, a H/A cost user with 3000H and 1500+ subs and 3000A and 1500 subs vs the best buffed rifleman....rifleman may win once...but in10 mins your toast or hiding.Anyone else can pretty much spam away with whatever specials they wantand though they will takedamage they willnot causeTHEMSELVES to have to take a break. And if you didn't get it the first time, THERE IS NO DOWNER INVOLVED and DOC BUFFS LAST HOURS.

Well enough of my rant, my achilles heel willbe my 1100 mind 500 focus and willpower...but I agree with AA,we are due for an adjustment.
