if you mean the potency, it can go past 100% . not sure about strength though, dont havethat many DoT weapons,

Seems people are confused about DoTs .
Strength: Number thatrepresents the amount that will tick each interval
Potency: Chance of the DoT sticking
Duration: How long the DoT lasts without use of medical treatment or meditation.
Uses: How many times the DoT sticks before it goes away.
Hope that clears things up.
