Personally I use Composite armor, but I'm master Rifleman and Master TK, so, it's nice to have on, just in case I get rushed, I can drop the rifle and proceed to attack in other ways

I have macros to equip and un-equip armor, so my substats can build back up my HAM when not fighting or out of range. I also have quite a few suits of armor, depending where I go.

Clothing-wise, I go for the Gunmen Duster, Padded Workpants, Headwrap, and a blue formfit shirt (I think). They're all socketed w/ scout skills, aim and rifle speed, and other mods (some of which were built into my pack, which was nice).

- Geonosian Caves:advanced stun composite (34%, which even sliced I need some buffs to completely wear)

- PvE and NPC's: a hybrid of advanced kinetic composite and some special resist comp. pieces (I haven't even made myself my own suit yet :-P) that I can basically wear unbuffed except for like 1 piece.

- Normal hunting of creatures: Advanced Ubese (71% kinetic unsliced)

I haven't had much call for much else. I can honestly say that I'm finding I'm getting more requests for padded kinetic-layered and adv. comp. kinetic-layered than anything.

I'd have no problem making Mabari for someone, I used to make voritor bone armor pieces for the bazaars, keep the price down, and those would sell out. Those and the kliknick chitin I'd say.

Because when riflemen fight PvE the use the special moves a lot and armor hinder regeneration of stats. Causing us to have to wait longer to recharge and then fight again.

the only time i put on is when i get mobbed. i'm not talking 2 or 3. only when i got 5 , 6, or a couple large ones.
