Gun Cases would be cool, but only with 'glass' fronts, so you could see what was inside. That would be pretty cool.
Would be to much to ask for gun racks on the side of my X34? (sorry i'm a redneck, had to say it
)

Speaking of home decorations...why can't the devs let us rotate items on the Z axis?
Basically, I don't see why I can't rotate my rifle so that the muzzle is facing upward or downward. You could theoretically "make" a cool gun rack (among other things)if we could rotate the weapons as such. The same goes for melee' weapons, which can't be laid horizontally. Seems like this would be really easy to implement, but for whatever reason, we're not allowed to do it. Every time I walk into Nym's throne room and look at his gun display, I get angry...he apparently was smart enough to figure out a way to rotate his guns vertically

Am i the only one being afraid that they might add the 3-4 secs Speed Cap on Rifle Specials with the Combat U/R/P ?

If we have double the range and the appropriate killing power, I'm not afraid.

Should be. A speed cap like that has a lot of secondary effects that you may not immediately think of.

I think there should be tripods for the longer range weapons...new weapon added to the game with 100-200 range...and give us our conseal headshot legshot and bodyshot and mabye a crippling shot (not like the carbineer one cripping shot this one would just posture change the enemy)
A more powerful flurry shot...or fix the current one...i have a hard time landing a dizzy when a melee can do it easily with melee moves
I also think that all of the conseal shots should be put in the sniper tree and the conseal tree made something else
A real rifleman doesn't just havejust sniper rifles they have assault ones...put some assault rifles in..for closer ranged with new attacks (still pondering that idea mabye a burst shot or make it where the new rifles can shoot in burst mode). You could also change the name of the consealment tree to something else or keep it the same (i prefer the assassin title).
mabye a change to the sniper tree...mabye Sharpshooter as a new title...oh how i miss master sharpshooter title
also the LOS (line of sight) issue will need to me looked at...hills would be a problem
also make it so that the scopes on the rifles increase the rifleman sight range (make it so you can see 100-200 meters away while prone) and give us a ability to go invisible (just for a 30 seconds no more no less and must be prone to do so)

all great ideas but I think that If we get 1 thing what do we give up in return - remember the curb is not to make anyone gods but to make all balanced in some manner. So if we get a uber ability what are we willing to sacrifice to get it? - think zero averaging
if we get 10 here where do we get the -10?

well, you don't want tri-pods, you want foldable fixed bi-pods. Tripods take to long to set up, and they are heavy and clumbsy!(sorry speaking form expierence, tri-pods are for heavy crew-served weapons, like machine guns) I think 120m is far enough. The way i run Galaxies, I can't see anything 200m away anyways. I sacrifice graphics for speed. And i don't think the game is set up to spawn stuff out that far anyways, well, not much farther. That's why area track is not very precise
About Assualt rifles......You would call those Carbines really. If we had closer range Assualt rifles, i think that would take away from the Carbineers.
Maybe a long range rapid fire weapon? Like a machine gun...Mode1 and 2 damage (post CU) but no very powerful specials. For use in supporting your buddies in PvP or against NPCs. Something with a supression (posture down) modifier?? But like i said, keep max damage low. (i like this idea more an more)
It's a good point about /concealshot being in the Sniping tree, but I think being a sniper is also about super accuracy. I"m not sure how that should go. The Assasin title is cool though. I'd like to keep the sniper and asassin titles.

Carbines are rifles in classification the only difference between a rifle and carbine are they are more compaced, usually having a shorter barrel and folding stock. Also smaller rounds

I can think of a machine gun, a rifle, and a carbine in regular use in the US armories that all fire not only all the same round, but can also all use the same magazine.
