I have seen several fixed by CSRs already but as we all... Consistancy is not a hallmark of our CS dept T_T
Sorry meant that I should check again.
I did and was informed today by a dev directly that the CSRs do not have the tools to do this and they (the devs) have no way of recreating it so far. So it probably is useless right now to ask for csr help.
can you give me your ingame name and a location for the weapon and what server you are on... maybe if they can see the weapon they can determine the cause. (Email me here)
they're lying to you... i've seen them restore weapondry that was lost when an account was hacked, and you said yourself you've seen them fix this very problem, it's obvious they *can* do it, but apparently they aren't authorized to do so, or won't accept the added work load. It's too bad SOE lies to even our corrospondants *Sigh*

That's strange, in the past I've had CSRs convert infinate dot weapons to 3000 uses, flip damage stats on Ackley bones, fixed an ADK issue, restored lost pearls from a destroyed LS, change a player's name...
yes, SWG has the worst CSRs in the history of online gaming.. during the growing pains of BH/Jedi you had half the CSRs telling the bountyhunters it was griefing to camp the jedi's corpse, and the other half telling the jedi it was exploiting not to clone on BH death (And thus keep the BH from completeing the mission) they apparently don't have any guidelines, and have to approach every situation with thier own judgement, which admittedly isn't easy given the extremely subjective terms in much of the EULA. In the over two years i've been playing, there's only been one time i've personally seen a case in which a CSR actually helped someone, in what must have been nearly 100 reports, and tickets filed... well.. twice if you consider warping me to 0,0 for parking a speeder on someone's cantina steps helping, heh.
