Guys I just had a new T21 made, I think its really good and has worked well for me.
Stats
speed 2.2 (unmodified)
damage 550-1170
Base DPS 370
When I stick -20% action pups in there it seems to work a treat!

current caps on rifles (that have so far been confirmed - if blank no value is present yet)
these values can not be enhanced or experiemented past.

crafted caps on SAC are as follows:
All pistols (or at least those with advanced components): 65
All carbines: 73
All rifles: 82

By reading that, it sounds like Rifleman would be most interested in Max Damage, Minimum SAC, leftovers in Speed?
Not sure. Seems to be a lot of confusion and I'm not seeing a lot of Post-CR Rifles turning up on vendors on Valcyn. Most of the ones I've seen have been not too great on damage, speed, SAC or all three.
