I have noticed in both PvP and in PvE that I get outdamaged by my Carbineer friend all the time. I'm a Rifleman/CM and he's a Carbineer/BH. Is it just because he has BH or is Carbineer just doing too much damage?

Thanks for the input. I think I don't go prone very often is because I need to be closer to heal people, which in turn gives me a high aggro, preventing me from sniping the enemies. Thanks again, gives me a bit to work with when planning my combat techniques.

Knockdown followed by advanced startle shot followed by sniper should work quite well I am thinking.

Yeah..that is good.

Lately, I go prone, fire sniper shot, startle shot, stopping shot, and sniper again.

startleshot is a posture up (removes the prone condition) as well as a delay. So you could not use snipershot if someone hits you with it. it's primary purpose is anti-rifleman (why the shot is in the countersniper tree)
