The startleshot will prevent the enemy from attacking for long enough to bring in another attack, and if followed by another startleshot, the enemy has a hard time attacking before being startled again - I take only 10% to 20% of the hits I take without using startleshot.



Very Effective in PVE, my group was taking 0 damage today because of this combo.......
