It DOES work in ARMORED PvP combat. And since 90% of the people who engange in PvP wear a helmet (even if they wear nothing else), it means that 90% of PvP is being effected by the T-21 not having AP!
Try it. Get out a DLT20a and shoot a guy with a helmet. Then take outa laser rifle and shoot a guy with a helmet. The damage variance is painfullly obvious.

We need someone with more than 1 dimensional thinking. Someone, when weighing in suggestions, can take a look across proffessions and judge the effects.
Oh and I don't believe Aldeon stated Armored PvP is broken, so whats your point ? Devs know our issues they'll get to them. Especially if we can plea our cases with some degree of restraint instead of bitching and moaning like a mofo....
Special Forces, you obviously dont understand what its liek to be a master rifleman. I shoot very very fast, and a laser rifles HAM costs are very very high. I will kill myself using a laser rifle, instead of others killing me. That is why I use a DLT20a, also I know the Laser Rifle is energy damage....were you got that...
My second report included the T21, but they wont be answering that.
You should go out and test things yourself, you will see that against un-armored players, AR is not working. Also, if armor does not have the weapons damage type listed as a resist AR will not work either. A simple solution to this is add a invisible resists to all creatures and PCs, of 0 of all resists, and upon wearing armor, it becomes 0+30. Or whatever the resists may be, this would then make it so AR acts properly.

Im pretty sure no game balance adjustment (which fixing the T21 is) will be done over a weekend. This will take days and probably some sort of evaluating meeting between the dev group. The devs do have time off, you know ?
