I don't know why everyone hates flurry shot, you know it knocks down the oponnent when they change posture with dizzy. It also does about the same damage as headshot 2, in a random pool (75% of the time health).

Flurry shot is stupid and no one will ever use it in a million years.

I disagree. I find this to be one of my most useful abilities and my biggest xp gaining ability.

No offense, but the commando class, is alot worst off then ours. I think you guys really need to calm down, and realise that the Devs have alot of work to do. The game went in to early as most of you can see. It was rushed in, were basically still in beta. As a matter of fact, every game starting off tends to be beta still. If you dont like dealing with bugs, then you shouldnt be playing any game when it fist comes out. You should be waiting 3-4 months, then play.

1 month in and they have showed alot of improvement. Be patient, the game can only get better.

I'm confused.

Are you a Commando Correspondent, or a Rifle Correspondent?

lol, just trying to prove my point SOE hates RIfleman, and no 75 percent of our line isnt broken. We are not the buggiest class, there are classes out there 10 times worst then us. We are on the upper end. People just need to learn how to play the class better. If you cant handle creatures, do NPCs. You can dizzy them, you can stun them, you can raise them from postue. (this one works)

We have alot of advantages in both PvP and PvE. When someone gets knocked down, dizzy them. They will never get back up, when they do they will fall down again. Use warning shot on multiple targets, if you cant handle them by yourself. Get a group, our higher styles, (flushing shot 2) give us alot of XP in groups. I used it, I got 1000-1800 while others were getting 600-800. At lower levels, your best using a speed sliced weapon, At higher, levels you dont get it speed sliced, you get it dmg sliced. I throw away all my speed sliced weapons, of course I get all my weapons for free. We have soem great abilities, abilities that others dont have. And they have abilities we dont have.

If you cant handle the bugs, wait till the game gets further in. You cant start to play a game on release and expect it to be bug free, hella game 8 months in will still have bugs. If you cant handle it, just wait to buy the game. I have fun playing my class, if you dont, then why are you playing it?

To re-emphasize my point posted on another thread, for Riflepersons post-75% PvP damage:

Carabineers special moves cost a lot of HAM, but they also have a lot of crowd-control abilities to compensate. They are an excellent group support class.

Pistoleers, BH's get knockdown. Why? They have the best damage rate, they have the best melee defence of the ranged professions. Riflepersons have the weakest defence and our decent damage-dealing weapons have serious to-hit minuses at short range, yet all we have is Dizzy. Surely Knockdown is more appropriate to a profession that needs to try and keep an opponent at range, rather than professions whose weapons work marginally better close up?

I fought mainly snorbals to fill up my last few boxes in the rifleman tree. Elder females gave me 4k+ and the mature females gave me 3k+ (with 2 pets in group) They're pretty easy once you get the hang of warning shot. Just throw in a mindshot stack and fire away, use warning shot when they get within 40m in range. Then start firing when they're at about 50m away just to make sure you hit them before they're at 64m. Make sure you dont attack a herd consisting of males since they are social.

Snorbals are pretty abundant on Lok. I tend to find alot of non-mission herds to the east of Nym's stronghold.

SOE Hate riflemen? Riflem do 2k+ damage with mindshot 2, and with volly 2 you do like 3k AND multi target. All a riflemen need is a lazer rifle to own anything. 2k+ damage, how can this not kill a player when it hits? And it goes to 3k with higher skills and hell once they can make T21 god knows how much damage they'll do.

I have a moded 600ish laser rifle and maybe 15% of the shots get up to 2k on headshot. Hitting for150ish is equally as common. You don't get 2k every shot you moof. Get out of this forum if you have no clue about rifleman, or the game for that matter. Any moron can see the sub 20 min damage on the laser rifle.

i use flurry shot all the time in groups....instead of my regular attack. flurryshot1 attacks health, and hits for almost what headshot does. I get an average of 800-1000 with my laser rifle to health using flurry shot.

Flush, works just like volly. And look at me I'm cool cuz I call people idiots.

Anyway Flush 2 does well over 3k damage AND hitting mutliply targets, where's there to complain about? That's a way overkill for any pvp combat or for anything else.

Zarke, try to find the facts before you talk. I have a sliced master made laser rifle with a +32% powerup and can acctually hit for about 2700 with HS3. Problem is that this is the max, I often also hit for about 100-200. It takes me 6.2 seconds to reload meaning I get one shot, then I'm either knockdowned or dead. It has worked out pretty well now anyway as long as you played smart. But with the 75% damage reduction It'll take at least 2, probably 4-5 shots to incapacitate someone. During this time they will either have me knockdowned or forced me to change to pistol to survive the close combat. Riflemen can only survive if we can kill with the first or sometimes second shot.
