Also the number of master docs and buffs helped some, but more importantly was getting some master chefs into a real buisness so we could get our BoH's and fishak back in the day... Then Brandy came and it just helped even more 
Also took a lil while to get T21's onto some servers andI think the first riflemen all had some trouble leveling upand took atleast 2-3 months till ppl started seeing some masters running around and realizing that a MASTER riflemen was actually very good, but before there were masters riflemen were a joke.
