Difference beetween 4 0 0 4 and a master rifleman

Both holding a post nerf T21( the one I wear, so I know the damages and stats) and are not master marksman.

T21 : 170-660 slice/pup'd - 8,1s - 98mind

Max theorical damage , based from formulas.

4 0 0 4 Rifleman : Headshot 3 : 2970 (660*1.5*3)damageevery 4 Seconds - DPS = 742,5

Master rifleman : Strafe shot 2 : 4950 (660*1.5*5) damageAREA every 2 seconds - DPS = 2475

Also , keep in mind that headshot 3 uses more mind than strafeshot 2, like 1/3 more if I'm not mistaken.
