FS Ranged Mods - Force Sensative Ranged mods are not working for ranged weapons. However Melee mods are effect ranged weapons (new)

Can you please explain how this is not working, because I believe that it is working.

Having FS Ranged Speed does not increase your Rifle speed nor apparently any ranged weapon speed.

However if you have FS Melee Mods they are working not only for melee weapons, but also for ranged weapons.

I just recently purchased a T-21 that was made after publish 10, so I'll do a test run with that to see if theres any difference in decay.

Ok I had FS Melee speed and Master Rifleman . A 7.5 speed T21 I did not speed cap ( 1-1-2-1-1-2-1-1-2 ) . I trained FS Ranged Speed and I'm still not Speed capped.

Actually it looks like you did cap if you were using StrafeShot2.

A 7.5 speed rifle firing StrafeShot2 should be firing at the following speed. (7.5)*(.1)*(3.5) =(.75)*(3.5) = 2.65

You were well below that since you had 1's and not 3's. The 2's were probably a result of lag.

old list but here goes:

Cover: works vs one target only (old)

e11 + wookiee bowcaster: not very useful vs even the laser rifle (old but more of an issue then a bug)

Beam Rifle: give someone a cert or remove it! (old but more of an issue then a bug)

Graphic Enhancements: such as scopes and stocks do not show on weapons unless hand made and even then they dissappear when equiped (this was supposed to be fixed in a previous patch but it did not fix) (old)

Sniper Shot Evade: Secondary defences still work will incapped (dodge/block/counterattack) (old)

Block: Blocks only 50% of incoming damage vs the 100% damage reduction of dodge and counterattack - block has been confirmed to work for rifleman but also according to thecorrespondent in the Pikeman forum - it does not work very welloutside of COB for them (old but more of an issue then a bug)

As for premature wear and tear - I have not noticed a increase in the decay rate of my rifles with and without powerups.

I noticed my sliced T21 that had a PUP on it was losing 1 condition every 3-4 normal shots (No specials) which I find kind of lame considering I can kill something quicker and lose about the same condition of the rifle while using special shots like Headshot 3 and StrafeShot 2.

I have also noticed what appears to be a significant increase in weapon degradation speed. I had a DXR-6 (800k, very nice one)repaired by a Master WS, and within a few hours of heavy grinding it was down 50+ points. Don't recall ever seeing decay happen that fast. After 2 days of heavy grinding, it was down over 100 pts.

Also had my Scythe repaired at the same time, with similar results in decay.

If they have significantly upped the decay rate, it's going to become impossible to keep using good weapons on a daily basis. I can't afford to spend 500k+ every week to keep up with the FS XP grind.

Using specials with no power-ups, I haven't noticed much in the way of decay.

We spent a buff cycle in the geocaves mercenary room, and I was spamming a continuous stream of specials. Lostless than100 points in that time.

With power-ups, my weapons are melting in my hands. Took a fairly new gun to the DWB along with 20 cases of power-ups. When I got home, the gun wasn't worth repairing.

In my experience, I've found that weapon decay is not "directly" amplified by powerups and slices.

It is my own theory that weapon decay indirectly affected byslices and powerups. I believe itis based on how well you use a weapon, depending on how fast you fire it and how much damage you do with it.

Powerups and slices allow you to use weapons more efficiently, increasing your damage per second.

Using this theory, it's easy to apply the rule that a novice will degrade a weapon much slower than a master of the elite profession respective of the weapon type.

Let's say a rifleman with a speed sliced and speed pup'd and 3000 rifleman spams head shot 3 on a target.

If a master rifleman uses the same rifle, and spams head shot 3, the master will degrade the weapon faster because they can shoot faster, thus doing more damage per second.

I've found this theory to hold true due to my experiences as a speed capped rifleman, spamming strafe shot 2 with a damage sliced, and damage pup'd stocked T21, I'm using the weapon to do an insane amount of damage per second, thus causing the weapon to degrade at an increased rate.

This is why I've grown to keep around 15-20 rifles on me at all times(ok, I'm a rifles freak). If I go big game hunting, like nightsister elders or krayts, I can expect to wear through my T21's very fast because I'm using it to do hundreds of thousands of points of damage, and a couple thousand points of damage per second.

If anyone wants to prove me wrong, go ahead, I'm just stating a theory, so it's very possible I'm wrong, heh.

But, to get back on topic, I personally feel the AoE through walls is the most annoying bug to me.

I admit, that as a rifleman, I've been just plain using the profession right now as a damage dealer, because of the insane amount of damage per second, but I've grown to enjoy the profession as a sniper, which I'm finding I'm not much of. I would gladly give up my DPS to be a true sniper. This issue, as I'm seeing, could possibly be fixed in the combat balance.

Vendor Rifles showing "Certified: NO" when certification was achieved. This has shown up for me time after time. I have Level 4 rifle in Marksman. I have 1/2/1/2 in Rifleman. But yet, vendors selling E11, Laser Rifle etc.. show up in the details display as NOT certified. I purchase the rifle, in this case, the E11. I equip it with no problems. The detail display in my inventory shows "Certified YES".

That's all for now.

Hi I don't know if this was already addressed. But I already sended a Ticket to SOE, they said to send a bug report instead. Although what I don't like about Bug Reports is that you never know if they got it or not. So I was wondering if anyone had the same problem.

Have any of you tried killing a Deathwatch Wraight by going prone 45m away from it then do ConsealShot none-stop until it dies? Because I did... 3 times... and all 3 times when I try to loot the Deathwatch Wraight I get the message "You are out of range"!!!!!!!!

The first time I got the message I thought it was a stupid bug, so I tried to kill another, same thing. I sended a ticket, waited for the next day. SOE responds. But didn't help, so I try again... I kill another Deathwatch Wraight (BTW: It takes about 8 mins of constant ConsealShots to kill one with a T21 Rifle) and I get the same message!

Please... can anyone help? I'm sick of joining groups of people to kill these things because whoever tanks always ends up keeping (or stealing) the BH Armor loot. So I wanna solo them, but it appears that it's impossible for a Master Rifleman to solo them because they are always "Out of Range".

Please help.
