hmmm


well my gut feeling says they work just fine. i am +25. +25 (finally!) and when i unequip my clothing /armor, i definatly see a difference.


oh, and i am constantly switching guns, so i never noticed this equip bug, if it exists...

Those are two different things. So yes...if you believe they work, they do stack.
