I killed my first Elder 2 days ago after luckily pullingtwo spell weavers by themselves. Took about 20 minutes or so and looted........ 3 heavy leather. ugh.

I remember the elders from when they had their force powers.... Ever tried being force choked? That hurts i can tell u that.
Everyone is killing elders as they were just another kreetle... can't wait for them to get their force powers back so killing elders will require more than just a concealshot macro.

Concealshot worked before and continues to work on elders, krayts, kimoglias and any other mob unless two misses or a random bleed occur. It draws zero aggression from the MOB so you can effectively never be attacked, so force powers or not, you kill the elder.
I too am looking forward to NS's having their force powers back though - making them TKA's was poor form.

I have no problem with Rifleman getting in several shots undetected....but give Acxva more credit, she should be able to figure out where the sniper is after he's shot her several times. There's no way anyone should be able to solo an elder. Here's a concept....BALANCE

They have to give us something that is slow and has a chance to draw an argo. If we only got a few shots off like a sniper should, then we should also be able to place a well aimed shot that would kill something the first time.We wouldn't need to sit there all day and concealshot something it if whenwe shot something that isn't wearing a helmet in the head with the most powerful rifle in the game it would splatter its brains all over the wall behind it. Concealshot doesn't work 100% of the time with all the bleeds and misses you can get while using it. Atleast this way our target can still find us and put us in the hurt box.
