last time i looked at the elders resists which was about 2-3 days ago they only had 30% resists to energy.

Sounds like a Spellweaver to me. You need to have some melee skills for thems

I dropped one tonight with my T21 using strafe 2. The one I fought had energy as one of only 3 things that could hurt her. I think the T21 is really the best weapon to use against a NS Elder as it has the AP3 to get past her heavy armor. I found that then all I had to worry about was the 30% or so resist.
What is really annoying is being a TKA and finding things 100% resistant to kinetic. As a rifleman I have a few different damage types to pick from, a TKA has only one.

Are you sure it was an elder they can be attacked by blast, restraint, and energy. You should be able to kill it with the T-21.

I believe he his refering to a spellweaver. I got in over my head last night and found myself fighting one with 100% resists to energy,stun,and acid. Unfortunately I did not have my SG-82 on me so i do not know it she was vulnerable to it, but I was basically up a creek without a paddle.

They are 100% resistant to cold too.
But only 35% resistant to kinetic.
just examine them and you can see the resistances.

So, don't know them all of the top of my head but...
Spellweavers and Protectors are 100% resistant to Riflemen damage types. These are usually found around or circling random NS Elder spawns. You will either need to pull the elder with a bleed or conceal shot here where she is as and figure out later how to loot her from amongst her riflemen-killing friends.
Rancor Tamers, Rangers, and Elders are all less than 50% resistant to energy and are easy prey for riflemen. There are more that are not 100% riflemen riflemen resistant, but sorry, can't remember all their names.
You can bleed and kite elders or you can bleed them to a safe place away from their friends and conceal, or you can conceal them where you find them. Bleeding and kiting is the most fun - adds a bit of danger to the picture and reduces the time by about 1/2. You will be able to conceal shot an elder in about 10 minutes.

i killed one only with conceal in 15 mins 
full buffs and mind buffs and brandy piece of cake no danger at all(as long as there 's no warp bug to gete u in range

I don't mean to sound like a flamer but no one should be able to solo something as high end as that. I (a rifleman)go hunting with a pikeman and it works out perfectly. I dothe heavy damage most of the time and heal him while he tanks and then when we come up to spell weavers or protectors, he does the damage and I sit back and heal him 100%. We even took down The NS leader (ax min?).

Yeah, Odite is right about the resistances. As far as being able to solo high end mobs. We should be able to solo them even more easily then we can now. We are snipers. Master of killing undetected. It's what we do. It's not like we got running up on it with a little squirt gun pistol, or set it on fire with a lighter. We are masters of killing and staying undetected. That's just what a sniper does. Its not unrealistic like someone going up to something like a rancor and knocking it down with our bare hands. Please people, get over the rifleman being able to solo stuff. It's our specialty by trade.
