very interesting what you guys are saying: that you should use a t-21 to dmg a krayt
dont you take 2.5x more dmg if you are holding a rifle and being melee attacked??? i know that swordsman take them out in about 10 minutes, how about rifleman?

He said the purpose of the character is to solo krayts to get pearls for his jedi. So while I absolutely agree that MR/MHS is a great PvE template, it doesn't seem like he wants the char to do anything other than kill krayts.
Master Rifle/Master Doctor/Novice brawler.
Intim it with brawler, get +7 in Rifle speed tapes and spam Strafe2 or Headshot3 with a 700+ damage T21. If you are into the whole KSing thing(I have no problem with it), you can spam this and have the other group tank for you while you get the loot. Dishonorable, maybe, pearl prices on Shadowfire, more dishonorable.
If you are gonna hunt when the graveyard is empty(ideal time), just Intim the Krayt with full 90 comp and have a macro to heal your states and ham, use the same stragety as above.
If you are into exploiting(Something I do have a problem with), walk up and down a very big hill very slowly while spamming the attacks. I know of a Master Commando/TKM by the name of Cootz on SF that does this all the time and gets about 3 pearls a day apparently.

On a side note if you don't have uber armor and equiptment you can always conceal shot it. This will take much longer, but if the Krayt agros you, have your bike out, hop on, ride out of agro and repeat. Although Krayts are notorious for despawning when you do this.
Intimidation halfs the damage output. Intimidation 1 lasts for 10 seconds and can be re-applied after 30sec, so the krayt will only be intimidated 1/3 of the time.
Intimidation 2 lasts for 20sec and can be re-applied every 30sec, so the krayt will be intimidated 2/3 of the time.
Might be worth dumping the TK stuff for master brawler... not sure.. just a thought...
The 2.5x dmg multiplier is gone. In it's place is a + to hit for the melee opponent.

you could always go swords/rifle/smuggler for the mind bleeds then FD away, maybe even throw in pikemen for some mind dot lances, but I really havent played with bleeds much since theyve been nerfed so I dont know if this is a valid tactic or not

Get a Be pets with high kinetic resists and as much ham as possible. Id go for kimos. Use these to tank for you, ranger area track lets you find em with ease. No medic but eh if you do it right you wont need to heal.
