thats not an answer to the question of skill tapes. Since skill tapes show on your skill mod sheet. WE NEED an answer to DO or DO NOT skill tapes allow you past the 125 cap.

For all the questions i asked, that was not an answer or comes close to being one

obviously you havnt read the post thouroughly enough to see its the third answer on the same question. and DOES NOT answer all the questions that are asked.
The answer is SO VAGUE it leaves open interpretation still. If you think thats any kind of answer to the questions then you obviously dont have a real concern for what the answers are.

And BTW, after doing tests with 125 melee/ranged and then 125 melee/ranged with +25 ,melee/ranged skill attachments, I didnt know a difference in how much i was missed.
The point is if something is going to be changed in the game, actually explaining how it affects combat is not much to ask for. TO have three answers all different and still not exact is disgusting
