I do not think feign death people can even be attacked...maybe I am wrong but I think if you could attack someone feigning death that would take the point out of the move...wouldn't it.

you most definitely can attack a person faining death- you can't kill them or incap them .. but you can turn their bars black with wounds... or at least you used to be able to.

from the smuggler FAQ

What does Feign Death do?
Once you give the feign death command it goes into your command que. The next time you are hit after Feign is qued up will incap you for a few seconds. You will stay down until you choose to get up buy giving a stand command. MOBs will not attack you while you are in this incap state and will eventually wander back to their lair. They will however re-aggro you when you stand, so be ready. Players in PvP can still shoot you, each shot will continue to cause wounds (black bar) to you, but they can never DeathBlow you unless you stand up and let them. Your equipment does not decay if you Feign Death.

Weapon specs for all professions are not shown in the box any longer. You have to look at the weapons to see the requirements.

The spraystick is a level 14 weapon and requires at least novice rifleman.

Yeah I don't like that it only shows on the weapons. I think I have a spraystick somewhere so that should get me going. I like those things anyways. Thanks for the help

Novice Rifleman w/ CL14: best you can do is a spraystick.

And I look so manly wielding it too... (looks like an oversized lipstick container)

I looked through the faq guide, and didn't find this ..

I'm looking for the different types of rifle I can use . I have respec'd on an alt , and was able to use the advanced laser rifle. He will not be staying rifleman though . I have another alt just enough to respec to novice rifleman, and was wondering what rifle I can use ...Just a basic laser rifle. I'm look for variation and not sure I have any other options other than that.

If you could help list a few and the require combat level to use them, that would be great. Currently this alt is a level 14 , two novice professions and novice rifleman.Maybe I'm missing it but, I didn't see any weapons in the box on what I could use.

No, according to at least two BH's who have wasted their time waiting for me to show up on the terms, it looks like a lightsaber. The fact normal attire was a cloak w/hood and a spraystick before the CU probably helped that impression.
