The top three things that I see as a problem with rifleman are:
- Range- Combat medics can now throw poison furhter than we can shoot.
- Warping-Both MOBs warping to us and us warping back when going prone
- Concealment- This is more than just that every MOB in the area targets you when you use /concealshot. When a rifleman conceals himself he should disappear from the radar screen as far as all NPCs are concerned. And at Master Level they should disappear from player radar screens as well. A master rifleman should be a master sniper and concealment is a large part of that.
And of course it would be nice is every server had at least a shot at a usable T-21. This is from a resident of Radiant which still has not seen all of the resources drop to craft T-21s.

1. Mob warping and pathing.
2. AoEs hitting mobs that are not in the room/cave in dungeons.
