Always at least 5?!? Very interesting. Thanks for sharing that. I guess I'll have to try it for myself when I can

I dont think it is, i get three shots just going prone before getting aggored. with /takecover its always atleast 5, usally i dont get agroed at all. only if i miss once or twice and doint kill it before 5 hits.

After reading this I decided to go home and play with take cover, and it did seem to make a big difference in the number of shots I could get off before been noticed, sometimes up 5 or 6 shots, unlike the usual 2 shots when prone it is not a constant amount but it is a definate improvement, using mask scent with italso seems to make a difference

This works fine, and is fast-paced enough to keep boredom away:
War grondas: slow, stupid ellieson Corellia, for instance near my city Redwood. Spawn in large amounts.
- T21, speed sliced, speed powerup.
- Brandy
- some sort of tank (I'm crature handler, using lvl31 bio pet for the moment)
- flush headshot2...usually 3-4 shots and they are dead.
- nice XP for an intermediate Rifleman
- conceal shot works if you have decent maskscent and take cover. I even concealshotsolo Lord Nyax follower missions with NPCs of up to 9 k HAM.
