It's been that way for over a year, my screens were tossed up January of this year.

I believe it's just you who can see it, someone else viewing your character can't.

Yes, I was talking about seeing it on other people. You can view them on your toon just fine since like forever.

I can see the stock on my T21s as well. I wonder if race has an effect on displaying the stock when it is equipped?

I've had a number of weapons hand-crafted by Weaponsmith's so that I can have a "gun room" in my toon's house. The stocks, scopes, etc. make the guns look so much better, so I had to have them for my display guns.
Point is: If a Weaponsmith hand-crafts the firearm properly, the stocks, scopes, etc. will show up. You can see them in the inventory screen and when you equip the weapon. Other players cannot see them though, and that is where the bug is. If the weapons are mounted on your wall though, I believe other players can see them as well. I have been told that sometimes even the handcrafted weapons do not show the accessories, but that is merely a bug with the individual crafting; just have the WS make you another one. Trust me, I've had tons of custom "eye-candy" guns made and so long as they are hand-made, the accessories will show up 99% of the time.
