The bowcaster as it currently stands is useless comparedhigh-end damage sliced laser, let alone a good T21. Its damage output is no better than a well craftedDLT20 with higher penalty HAM costs to boot. Very disappointing.
They need to change the AP from 0 to 2, also change the damage from energy to either blast or kinetic ( it fires energized metallic bolts after all... )
