Okay, I have decided I am going to do Master Rifleman / Master Smuggler + PistoL Defense Lines
What should I make my stats if I am a rodian??

Whatever the maximum is.Lower your other stats, those can be quickly and easily increased via doctor buffs, unlike the mind stats.

If you're Rodian like your icon would indicate, I believe your max mind stats would be 1100/500/600, but don't quote me on that (not 100% about the mind bar, max may be only 1000). As I recall, Rodians and Bothans have fairly similar stat limits.
With my Bothan Rifleman/Fencer, I put everything I had into mind (1100/600/500), and all remaining points went into my health bar, which is at 1000. All 5 other stats are at minimum (300/300 str/con, 600 action and quickness, and 400 stamina. For clarity stats are 1000/300/300 600/600/400 1100/600/500. So far it's worked pretty well for me.
Although, I do have the luxury of alwayshaving doctor buffs, and pretty soon always musician buffed also.
