This has mediocre offense, mediocre heals and good defenses and is CL80. Not that great really but best I could see in 5 mins.

Well, after reading the Carbineer Forums I read that Defenses are out of sorts, now IF that is the case, I came up with this template for Speed

MSL
Rifleman 4xxx
Pistoleer 44xx
Carbineer x4xx
Master Marksman

Gives me a GRA of 235 and a GRS of 45
Carb Acc 65
Pistol Acc 40
Rifles Acc 85
Carb Spd 30
Pistol Spd 45
Rifle Spd 30
