You should be able to pull missions on any of the starter missions. Way back when I did a lot of Crazed Durni missions.
You can also try Rori and Talus. They were pretty good but a bit tougher. Don't know if they changed them, but you use to be able to get Levisqual missions on Rori and they were slow enough to kite. Easy money there if that is still the case.
If you have scout, harvest everything and sell it. Even if you sell it cheap, it's still extra money you can make. Everything helps.

edit: I didn't read yours and posted some advice for a master rifleman...for someone your level I'd recommend adhesive farming lol. Just find a nice group of 4 meatlumps, down a pixie (you don't even need buffs) and just keep killing and looting till your eyes bleed. I'd recommend a gun like an E11, something fast but still strong enough to kill in one hit. Adhesives tend to go for 250-500k depending on your server, so you can get a nice cash boost. Adhesives are rare, but meatlumps have just as much chance as any high level npc of dropping one, so with their low hp and instant respawn it's a good way for low level players to make money.

Although Adhesive's are dropping in price VERY rapidly.. But I guess even if you sell em for 100k you'd be happy
