Well on lowca here something came up as a perfect way to solo any dragon
Some guys from town called Krayts End have put down a lot of bases (rebel ones) and since that town is damn close to Krayt Graveyard it happens that you can pull Krayts and make em aggro rebel NPC's
Now once u see that there are 2-3 bases and like 10 200k ham rebel NPC's u know u have your tanks
all u gotta do than is strafe that dragon from safe distance and move on to another NPC when one or a bunch is killed by the dragon
It thakes about an hour to kill a Ancient Krayt that way and thats about the same time with a medium size grp of friends
Get out there and nail sum krayts !!

So what happens when you end up working the krayt, and not getting loot rights, cos the NPC's have done more damage?

Did u used to be on Tempest? Ur forum handle seems familiar.
If you are ALWAYS able to get loot rights over a creature, why is it that when you approach something that stormies have been working on and is almost dead, you cannot get permission to access the corpse? hmmmmmmmmmmm?

It isn't.
I think what happened is the group of rifleman that were attacking the Krayt decided to Bail inside a structure and it auto-healed. This guy just happened to see a Jedi come along and make the assumption.

The rebel NPC's get KD/Dizzy like crazy from ancients and giants, and as soon as they are on the ground, that dragon is gonna come after the next thing shooting it, which would be you. Tried and tested. Unless ofcourse you have a few bases really close together and about 6+ of those high-HAM reb NPC's on the krayt at once. But one or two won't cut it. I did see some guys on eclipse using a turret from the reb base, and the ancient stayed on the turret the whole time they were shooting it.
And that's not to mention that those rebel NPC's run the whole time. They won't stand still like an AT-ST would.
