Learn to play the class. Truth be told i have enuff in doctor to buff myself, so all my stats are in my mind, but im sorry this class is by far one of the most powerful classes in the game. I can take out BH that spam eyeshot in a duel 90% of the time... and next patch we get boosted while they get nerfed.

Riflemen are by no means 'gimp' if you cant kill just about anyone in PvP or a duel- go play a class that takes no thought like a BH, and stop crying.

If anyone on bloodfin disagrees with me, come duel me.

Amen. I am a master and if i play my cards right i can take on up to 5 imps if they close enough together and i got the jump on them.

Anyone care to bet how long it will be beforesomeasshat wanders in here and starts to tell you how much you suck versus BH? Anyone?

And for the record Meskall, I completely agree with you.

Arequest to those who are Masters and still crying - If your stillwailing "WE ARE TEH SUCK!" when you reach Master, then you need to rephrase your declaration to - "I AM TEH SUCK!". Please don't try to shift theblame foryour ownidiotic lack of skills and tactics onto the entire the class. Thanks.

I'm gonna bet in under 3 hours, and I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that person's name will start with an "h" and end with an "n" and have the letters "arp" and the numbers "00" somewhere between in that particular order. All in caps too.

Now I wonder if he will not come in here and say it just to spite us.

HOOARPN? Never heard of him before.

Our class does suck at PvP when not at master though, doesnt mean much in the long run outside of don't PvP for a few weeks or months if you waste your time like I do. I don't want to judge the class overall until I hit master but honestly at equal level to other ranged we are a bit below par. But being great at master cancels that out so give me a few weeks and I'll be on your side.

as a Master Rifleman i have to agree with meskall. =) we do rock in PVP and in PVE. I spend most my time helping people get xp now since i hit master rifleman and master CH. in pvp with a great slice on a t21 and powerup you can one shot someone. untill master in any proffession (besides bh) i dont think, pvp'er wise, that they should try to take on a raid alone cuz all are slightly gimped until master, us the most. but if you spend your xp points right and get a few key shots in rifleman you can put in a hug helping hand in a pvp raid with a group by putting dizzy on every target or whatnot. i truely praise this proffession and wouldn't give it up for any other class.

Keep in mind that not everybody has the resources or skill points available to become a Doctor or Medic. Also keep in mind not every Rifleman is blessed to be a Master.

You're kinda talking down to the rest of us here.

with good t-21 + powerup + muon gold = invincibility (even me a wookie with no armor) lol

yes master rifleman is the **edit**.. but what you really need to do is.. go countersnipe 3 and special abilities asap.. then go sniper then do conceal.. even though I did... (sniper -> counter -> special -> conceal.. i did it the slow way)

but once you get to master you dont need XP and dont need to PvE anymore

part of my enjoyment of this game is character advancement

as i get more expeirence, i grow stronger and get better abilities so that i can get even stronger

if our only really good attack and a lot of our bonouses are in the Master box, all it leaves us is PvP after, while other classes can PvP before they become Masters, and still be effective, while getting XP.

once i get master i'll find myself playing my other character more. What else is there to do? PvP all the time? Whats the point of becoming uber at that stage, I want to be able to go and kill all those mobs for XP that I never could have before, or go on big group hunts... but once you're master its done.

if you are talking PvE? name another class than can solo just about anything in the game, and drop 5k damage ae shots as fast as we can (later might be possible dunno). But PvE rifleman are awsome, if you dont have a pet, then you need a tank friend...

....so basically, in order to be a rifleman you need up to Rifles 4 in the marksman profesion, novice creature handler, and THEN you can get novice rifleman, right?
