Thread: Stun Protection up, Jawa Use down?

heya guys i was j/w what are u using now as a main rifle in pvp? Now that Most servers have as's who can craft 38% stun armor or better the use for stun wpns seems to be down... and + my laser does twice as much dam as my jawa. so speculate what do u think is now the best rifle to us ein pvp ? still jawas? and btw psgs ruule for stun prot also

I see T21 in alot of battles but If your rich, and you can afford a krayt jawa then thats what you see...

Jawa will still do more damage than T21 unless their armor has really really bad energy resists, and anyone who's buying 38% stun armor probably has the money to get the high effective slices with 70+ to everything else.
Try using strafe2 instead of headshot, lots of people have stun helmets but most don't have stun protection on the rest of the pieces.

But most people have Health and Action buffed out the ass. Would take some testing, but I think the time it takes to kill someone withJawa+Headshot-Stun Helmwould be about the same asJawa+Strafe2 against no Stun.

Dont forget ss2 is aoe, and can sometimes make up for not hitting the same pool with hitting 6 or more pools on 6 or more people 
Usually start with a range built E 11 flushing 2 flurry 2 then switch to whatever I feel is appropriate. For 1v1 youll have to feel out what kind of protects the opponent has and hope your fast enought to react i guess.

I still find jawas to be much more reliable.. there's always the heal + buffs factor in addition to the standard dmg argument.

jawa owns. against a 90% energy 40 stun hem i will take 60% damage v 15%(aprox). a t21 needs to do 1200 damage to match up with a 300 damage jawa. and getting a jawa upto 300 can be done wo krayt. a damage slice and power up can bring a 200 jawa past 300 easy.

Don't forget that jawas have lower mind costs which make them weapon of choice if you can't find a non-afk musician/dancer for buffs.

I think I will always use my 415 or so dmg ion with pup for like 600 dmg that tears people apart.

Yes, and don't forget. Even with the +90 to rifle speed, a jawa is still quiet a bit faster and usually has a better when you factor in the huge enrgy protection most people have compared to the medium stun protection.

I love to read these post about jawas owning. But it seems whenever i use it in PvP i can never get a hit on the person. Any help would be apreciated,thx.

I use my Disruptor rifle to stick stat effects (stun, dizzy, bleeds and posture changes) because it is soooo accurate. I start with a Jawa but will switch to my T21 if I suspect good stun resist armour. I really like the wounds my Disruptor rifle inflicts on unarmoured targets though.

It's all about the Jawa for me. Mine does 296 dmg unpowered, so I fare pretty damn well in every fight. There are few I lose while using that puppy, and I never get dueled . Stun protection? So what? I'll pierce through it and still do more damage than I would with an energy or acid based rifle, and I'm certainly not using my nice Krayt Hunting T21s for PvP. As for the Wooks, I use my 780-something laser rifle to waste them.
