Thread: Respec Help BH or CM

Right now I am a rifleman/doc but lately that templet hasn't been working for me. I want to keep rifleman because I have so much invested in it. I was wondering what is the best way to go, BH or CM. BH would be fun, because of more PVP, Jedi and if the rumors hold true, smuggler hunting. But I don't know about the defenses of a bounty hunter. CM would be nice because of all the posions and ranged heals among other things. Could someone give me some insight, or another suggestion that I haven't thought of. Only got one shot at this, want to get it right.

SAme boat, currently i am MAster Rifle/Master BH I am on the fence with CM as well because hunting jedi isnt all that fun takes way to much time and if the rumors are true they may remove the jedi names and payouts so u have no idea who you are hunting nor their level. Any rifle/cm out there? Help us you are our only hope!

I am a master rifle/ MCM....And i love this combo. I have tried a bit in PvP and it holds up fine... But u can use it in PvE as well. Some combos don't really allow u to be good at both, but this has proved to be ok! I suggest MCM if u don't want to spend hours tring to track down jedi's and then getting owned! This is just my suggestion. Hope i helped u guys a lil!

During respec I tried MRM + MCM for a while since I was reading a lot of good stuff about it.
But a few essential things were buggered and the fun was just a bit "plain"

So I respecced to BH. Loving it.
The cash is so easy and if I feel like a more challenging hunt I can go for a jedi.
Honestly cash wise its so much easier.
Where you play about 30min to get 2 lairs done solo and get a total of something like 18k,
as a BH you play 15 minutes and get 30k alot easier.

You'll definitely be a lot more 'uber' as BH/Rifle.
MCM / MRM isn't the PvP god it used to be, but I still enoy mine a lot. Great support template, quite good for PvE - and in group PvP it's more than a little handy.
But the very nice defense for BH means you can spend a bit less time healing and a bit more time shelling out the damage.

As BH & Rifleman, is Uber Armor better to have than Composite Armor?

I would suggest that you pick up a bit of both in the form of MR/MBH/CM4xxx. This template will give you very powerful offense while also enabling you to heal yourself adequately should the need ever arise. You'll lose the status effects of Combat Medic but why would you want to go with Rifles if you plan to fight in close enough range to use the CMs attacks?

I'm m.rifleman/MCM goin for bh3000, found MCM very succesfull against jedis, took down several ones in duels and pvp, and made many more run away

My template is MRM/4440BH/4004CM... very effective with proper gear. (lots of def and speed tapes!!)

atm im m.pistoleer/m.cm...i like the combo but it gets me ownd in pvp...should i drop pistols for rifle?

im currently BH 4004 mRifleman and mCH its worked well for me so far, as for heals since you dont need skills for stims anymore just load up on stim Ds

I am currently mbh / mr and I am considering respec to mcm / mr. Reason is I rarely jedi hunt, some ppl like it but I just find it boring.
Even without the jedi hunting part I do like this template because its still powerful in general pvp, which is what I do most atm.
If I do respec to CM its -only- because it lets you heal faster and more, but since any prof can heal now I am still in doubt wether its worth it sinceI'd get less ranged / melee defense if I do.
CurrentlyI do d-stims that heals round 1k dmg every 30 sec with ruby bliel food.
I'd appreciate any input from mr /mcm's or possibly mr / docs how fast they can heal and if you think its worth dropping bh for cm or doc.
