Thread: Having Problems Wich ConcealShot ! Please Read !

Well recently , when I hunt things with lots of HAM and that I don't dare come near I takeover and then concealshot away , but once I take out a certain amount of health like ive been attacking it for a few minsit just agros me out of no where and comes running to me ! What causes this ? did I twich ?

I have recently noticed the same thing.
Sometimes, but not always, MOBs with 8K+ ham aggro me while I'm conceal shooting and am not missing.

What could be happening is the 'random bleed' is popping up(It's always a -1 tick each time). When you see a bleed icon appear next to your target's name from concealshotting, you have 10 seconds until it begins to tick. When it does, the mob will aggro you unless youmove out of range. Waiting until the bleed has subsided before attacking again will ensure your safety. Also, be sure to stay at least 40 meters from the target at all times.

I don't remember seeing the bleed icon, but I'll check that out next time I'm hunting.

Be a smart rifleman when you take your shots../maskscent was my best friend when I was leveling rifleman, andI always made sure to stay at ideal range with my laser rifle (50 meters out). and remember certain mobs stalk or wander around..keepa safe distance, do not use any other specials than concealshot if you want to stay hidden, auto attacking or using other specials after you use concealshot will aggro.

Sorry, but it's a new problem I have noticed in the past week or so... I've been a rifleman since Dec 03, good advice for a beginner entering the world of rifles though

It's 3 misses when prone, 2 when kneeling, 1 when standing I believe.

I can't say that's wrong(I'm definitely not 100%), but that sounds more like the standard number of shots before detection when not using concealshot.

hmm never checked to see if I missed any what is max rifle accuracy ? ?

MR has +160 accuracy, right? A T-21 will add a little extra at ideal range(~+30) or a DXR-6b will easily add +100 or +120. Plus you have a possible +25 from SEAs. MM, snow cake, /aim, movement and posture all affect accuracy as well. 'What is max rifle accuracy?' is a bit of an ambiguous question, but I hope that info helps?

I was concealshotting enraged rancors yesterday. Of the 40 or so I killed, 3 came running for me without showing the bleed icon and without me missing or moving. Fortunately I'm a TKM also so I could handle the situation, but if it were an Elder I don't think my Ubese would have protected me for very long!

yes , even though I haven't checked this yet I doubt i missed 3 times and this is something wierd.

Well , no bleed icon came up .....for example elders I took out like 150k of the health (almost half)
no bleeding no nothing and all of a sudden she comes runningtowards me.
I always takecover and i'm using nothing but concealshot andnothing else not even the auto attack , oh ya and im around 50-55m away from my target at all times ....
When consulting another rifleman friend he said there is some techniqe that I will catch over time , what was he talking about ? lol ?
If anyone can give me more insight on this I'd be thankful
Like Rolassk said hes been Rifleman since Dec 03' so this must be something new and i'm wondering if there is a way around it?
