Wookiees have been shafted from the start, the only one thing that we've seen is armour to even come close to everyone else. You lot had armour from launch so ours was a very long time coming. Attention? I dont feel like were getting special treatment, just being treated equally for a change.

Well, in keeping with the game's fairness, the Wookies needed armor to compete. The devs had discussed letting our fur be natural armor, but that was not feasible, not to mention the whiners who would have screamed at Wookies being able to withstand damage with no protective clothing. If you say Wookies have gotten too much already, I'm sorry, but you are sadly misinformed. :-)
Back on topic. The Bowcaster, seeing as how no wookie would use another rifle if his Bowcaster were available, in most cases, because of it's symbolism within the Wookie race, should be a weapon on par with the T-21. However, with this Hunter Bowcaster that Waste is proposing, I think it should be in line with the T-21 in terms of qualification. While a Wookie may be able to use a common bowcaster by default, the High Level Bowcaster they cannot wield until Novice Rifleman, and of course their proficiency increases as they progress through the profession. Basically, I'm just echoing what Waste has said, already.
Bowcaster should have AT LEAST medium AP, if not heavy. Maybe give it damage on par with the laser rifle (low min, high max), high armor piercing, and a better speed rating than the laser rifle. Basically, make it a high armor-piercing laser rifle. And LRs can do damage higher than T21s (excluding adjustments for AP), but their average damage is far lower.

Next time you pvp take off all your composite armor and see how long you last against a TKM. Have you ever even playd a wookie before? "Wookies shouldnt have armor", one of the stupidest statements I have ever heard. Please go make yourself one and wear just cloths and no armor, and see what it was like to pvp.
