Fella called Quakkee or something in Bestine cantina, can't miss him, he's the bloke with cybernetic arms & legs

thats the +5 ranged arm.
the +10 is a quest on kyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyysh. from a Dr. something. i got mine from a melee guildie who did it.

Oops sorry, I just found this out the hard way having equipped what I thought was my +10 arm to find that it's actually a sucky +5 & it looks gay

Yeah you start the quest from the nurse in the Myydril cave ... then she will send you to the Doctor who you get your +10 range arm

the +15 range for both is likely so totally schweet though and they dont look quite so gay as a pair. I am a dosh and it also means I
only need to buy 3 pieces of armour now

I just got my arm from Doc. Kinesworthy in the caves....I cant wear any armor gloves ( or at least i only tried mabari gloves) but they dont add any armor anyways...not a problem

Dr. Kinesworthy gives multiple cyber parts. I've allready gotten a +10 melee arm & a +10 ranged arm (only usefull for riflemen though). The next quest he gives is a nightmare. You have to get past necrosis.

Chitin Chest Plate and Helmet armor matches those brown cybernetic arms perfectly. They almost look like they were designed to be matched up with each other. I wear the brown chitin with the arms and from the waist up it makes me look like a perfectly tailored cyborg.
