In the marksman tree i only have Carbinner and 3 boxes of rifel.

Iam planning of giving up DE.

I already got me a nice laser rifel.

Whats next? Any tipps tricks?

I would be very gratefull for any help.

Grind up theSoldiertree first, it's called rifle special abilities and it's all combat XP.

-Get yourself a good suplier of C-12 gernades, a pet to group with, and grind on newbie MOB's. You'll master that tree in about 3-4 days if you hard core grind.

-Next well listen to someone else I'm outta tips sorry, I just gave ya the easyest tree to get.

get1 x x x, asap, /mindshot1 + /mindshot2 stack, and until master these bleeds are your best friend soloPvE

spend your combat XP asap goin up x x x 0,rifle special abilities"soldier" tier, speed increases are your friend

flurry shot 1 (x x x 1) and suppression fire 1(from x x x 4marksman tree) is the rifleman KD

/warningshot; /peace with a spray stick / or nice speed sliced rifle is your friend [warningshot is from marksmanx x x 3(agro the agros, heh)]

after 1 x x x go 1 x 3 x, the mods on expert counter sniping are nice, plus thats you first rifle AE

then just grind grind grind..........always spend your combat XP to ge the speed increases asap (x x x 4), after 1 x 3 x continue with what suits your play style......4 x 3 x for PvP 1 4 3 x for PvE

any more questions do post again

may the force be with you

I just picked up Rifleman also, thanks for the info.

I already have Master Marksman and I'm capped out at 170k combat XP. Just need90k moreRifle XP for Novice andI'll be able to train up to Rifle Spec Abil. 2 right away

I've got some CH as well, and rotate 3 GSP's, healing when needed. I was thinking of heading to Talus and doing Torton missions...any other suggestions?

If you can hack it, head to dathomir for some defiler or karomuth (sp?) missions, they pay out 25k and you can grab roughly 5k rifle xp per creature (6 per lair) plus another 5k for the lair itself. You will need a good pet to do this in a timely fashion otherwise it take a long time.

get Countersnipe 3 as quick as you can (Flushing2) then use your GSP's (or other high kinetic resist creature) to tank Kamurith Defiler's, as suggested. (bring stims for the pet). Baznitches/Mutant Baz Nitches/ and Greater Baz nitches are all good xp as well.

Flushing2 is where it's at for XP - AofE and 4x dmg multiplier. why kill one mob at a time when you can kill 4 or 5?

If you dont need the BIG money, mountain squill can usually be found around Anchorhead on Tatooine. They don't aggro (BAF) and each one is from 3700-4500 XP if you're grouped. The mtn squill missions don't show up on the terms until you're about halfway up Rifleman, then you have to refresh the lists several times to find them. Anyway, it was a long grind, but that's what I used to make master.

More very basic tips:

-- Get novice medic if you dont have it. Then buy lots of good Stim B's (350+).
-- Then create a macro to 'peace, heal yourself'. Hotkey this macro. Use it in combat.
-- Buy a very nice pistol, make a macro to 'switch to pistol, stand up, fire warning shot'
-- Hotkey this pistol macro and put it inwith your Rifle hotkeys.
-- Always use it when MOB gets to 30m.
-- Buy muon gold or get good buffs.

The very best buff you can get is Master Musician. Why? This doubles your focus/willpower. With your focus doubled, your "normal" mind bar will regen at a very fast rate and rarely get low. With your mind bar in good shape, you can heal your HA bars with Stims. So that one buff will cover the rest of your HAM bars.

Maybe you should find another holocron...

My holocron told me the same thing. I am currently BH 0/0/4/4 CH 3/3/0/0 Medic 4/0/0/0. I would like to keep the BH LLC 4 as long as possible so I can still get high level faction missions (to get more holocrons before I dive into this profession that I am usure of).

What level faction missions do master riflemen pull (I am pulling lvl 81 for holocrons currently)?

Which rifle would be the best to level with, while my graul mauler tanks - spraystick?

My best advice:

1.) Get a Graul Mauler or Greater Sludge Panther

2.) Get crates of Muon Gold

3.) Get speed power ups if you haven't mastered x/x/x/4

4.) Go to Dantooine and take huurton missions (I get around 2-4k per huurton)

Rinse, and repeat... I've found I can master1-3 boxes in 2 days if I do this for roughly 2-4 missions per day.

I am currently a 4/0/2/3 rifleman, and I can't use grenades as I am a wookiee...

Hahaha, quit now while you can!!!

No just kidding, it's not too bad I guess. My thing was going to dathomir and finding some tasty (giant/mutant/normal) baz nitches. You'll want warning shot, and maybe pistol skills to, though carbine might suffice. Make the sucker mind bleed and then bombard it with headshots. When he gets close, warning shot him away (best with pistol since it's more accurate, and you take no 2.5x melee damage). Wait for him to get to like 50 meters, and resume headshotting him. Eventually they go braindead and slow to a crawl... you can even just forget about him then and let him bleed, and begin taking on a new baz nitch.

And once you get mindshot2, this strategy works even faster since you can stack it with ms 1.
